SDG 17: Success cases of multi-stakeholder partnerships in the LAC region

NEW

Data Partnerships are an essential and efficient tool to address the existing data gaps, minimize duplications in data collection and analysis, strenghten the use of data quality assurance frameworks, and ensure that the data collected is used in planning, decision making, evidence-based policymaking, development programming, and practices.

This webinar seeks to establish a discussion space that allow members from different sectors of the data community to share their experiences on data partnerships from Latin America and the Caribbean and focusing on how can data partnerships contribute to bridge existing data gaps. To allow this, the event is strucutred as a panel discussion which will have an intiial space for each of the panelists to present (in 5 minutes) their best practices and experiences to then lead the way to a moderated discussion, in which each panelist will have between 2 and 3 minutes to expalin their challenges and establish some recommendations that enable the creation of data partnerships in the region.
